KIDS + TEENS
In 2024 we launched TNT (Teach'n Teens) for kids 11+ to help teach them about lifting weights safely, learning the movement and getting comfortable with a barbell and other weighted equipment before they make their way into a commercial gym with limited to no clue on what they're doing. This is an awesome new addition to our services that we know will be hugely beneficial to kids future, wellbeing physically + mentally, injury prevention and improving their fitness and strength in their chosen sports. in 2024 we had some incredible improvements in the teens strength, explosive movements and several personal bests achieved!

We have been running our KidsCirc for 4 years, coaching and seeing kids improve their fitness, strength, co-ordination and stability along with team building skills.

TNT (Teach'n Teens)
TNT has been EPIC in 2024 with some huge achievements from the young teens with confidence, strength, fitness and personal bests happening monthly!
We've had a lot of young teens wanting to learn how to lift weights but don't know where to start or how to safely do so! That's where we come in:

45min class 2 x a week

Monday and Thursdays 4:30pm

12 week block

$20 per week | Access to both each week

$15 per week | Access 1 per week

Coached by a qualified and experienced trainer

Guided with correct technique

Learning the SKILL before adding the weights

2 x focus movements followed by a mini workout

Mixture of all over body workout

This is a great place for young teens to start before getting into a commercial gym with their mates maxing out, poor technique and likely causing injury to themselves while trying to impress others.
Capped to 12 kids per class.


KIDSCIRC

KidsCirc is pumping each term to keep kids ACTIVE!
Every Wednesday for 8 weeks of school term.
30 mins | $80 for the term

4:30pm - Ages 6-10 years
Holly will be taking them through a variety of movements in a fun workout style to be sure to get them sweating, working together and learning functional movements and co-ordination. This is a great introduction to exercise for kids and another way for them to build their fitness, stability and strength for upcoming sports season!
